This video is how I'll remember you. At least weekly Nick and I would get random crap like this bahahaha. They always made my day. You'd leave voicemails on our phones with you singing the good ol' Jason Williams classic 'Navy Beans'... and then those "I'm xxx like a xxxx" phrases you'd come up with.... Lance, your personality is Epic. And you made Nick the same way. He keeps me laughing daily still after all these years, and I see so much of you in him... and it warms my heart. I'll always cherish the big bear hugs you'd give me where you'd smack my back (HARD! lol), the quiet (or not so quiet) mornings where coffee time became a musical production, the "Pocket full of Sunshine" dancing you did where you almost threw your back out, the time you came up with a way to prop my broken leg cast up on a mound of jackets so I could still offroad through sand dunes like a BOSS, and most recently, how interested you were on why so many forks were needed at the dinner table at a restaurant. You were you. Plain and simple. You didn't change for anyone. And we love you because of it. I can't believe it's been almost 2 decades ago that I first met you and that the last time I'll get to hug your neck in this life has come. But I know one day we will be sitting beside each other again, crying laughing like nothing has changed, and making sure we only dirty up one fork during suppertime. The good Lord must have needed a chuckle... now he's got you by his side to give him those daily. I got lucky to get you. You aren't just family. You're my brother too. Love you so much.
